Mark, along time friend of yours, has made an appointment with you to insure one of his many rental dwellings.

It is said that Mark still had his milk money from elementary school as he is inherently CHEAP but wants good coverage .  The replacement value of the dwelling is $250,000 and currently has a DP1 .

Each Case Study will count as 25 points. For each coverage correctly recommended, the student will be awarded 4 points. For each coverage incorrectly recommended, the student will be penalized 5 points.
